Former TCU and NFL great LaDainian Tomlinson, now an analyst for NFL Network, said the Dallas Cowboys should pass on a quarterback with the No. 4 pick in the draft this season.
“They’ve got Tony Romo for probably three more seasons, there’s no reason to go there yet,” said Tomlinson, who was one of the honored guests at Wednesday’s TCU Legends Luncheon at the Fort Worth Club. “My thing is there’s more things to address on the personnel side. So I think it’s a situation where you take the best player on your board, at that time, that’s not a quarterback.”
